Antioch
Norman-led Crusader principality. Long-form companion to the Norman Expansion pin (Crusader states).
Antioch
The Principality of Antioch was established by Bohemond of Taranto, a Norman lord, after the siege of Antioch during the First Crusade in 1098. It was the most "Norman" of the Crusader states, with a feudal structure transplanted directly from southern Italy. The principality survived until 1268.
